This pattern is to make the Livestock Commissioners Bag.  This accordion gusset bag can hold up to a 16" widelaptop and is great for business or travel.  It can be made from almost any leather 5-6oz or so in thickness.  It can be sewn on most sewing machines or even by hand.  It has some skiving, but it is mostly optional.
